• Late or outstanding payments may result in shipment delays or additional fees.

• Lumox Logistics acts as a logistics provider and freight forwarder. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, customs, or third-party carriers.

• Unless separately insured, liability is limited to the minimum coverage required by law or carrier agreements.

• Customers are responsible for requesting additional insurance coverage if needed.

• The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information and documentation.

• Any fines, penalties, or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information are the responsibility of the customer.

• Customers may not ship prohibited or restricted goods (including hazardous materials, counterfeit items, or items banned under local or international law). Lumox Logistics reserves the right to refuse service for such shipments.

• Service cancellations must be submitted in writing.

• Refunds, if applicable, are issued at the discretion of Lumox Logistics based on service stage and costs incurred.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumox Logistics shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
